Easter Weekend around Hudson, Massachusetts

We’re bringing you a few things to do this Easter weekend around Hudson, Massachusetts. From brunch, New City’s own ice cream baklava desserts, and local egg hunts, there’s so much to enjoy this holiday with friends and family. Let’s hop on into it!

Easter Dessert

It isn’t an Easter celebration without a little something sweet! While you’re busy hiding the eggs and cooking up Easter dinner, let New City handle the dessert! This year, we’re bringing back our vanilla bourbon ice cream baklava, the perfect addition to your Easter Sunday. This dessert is layered with honey, butter-soaked phyllo dough with honeyed walnuts, and is completed with vanilla bourbon ice cream. Our ice cream baklavas are made from scratch and with love right here in Hudson, MA. You can pre-order yours by April 13th and pickup at either our Hudson or Cambridge scoop shop Easter weekend!

Easter Weekend Brunch

One of our favorite ways to celebrate the holiday is with an Easter brunch! Whether you're cheffing up brunch at home or heading out to a local restaurant, brunch is a great way to spend time with friends and family this Easter.

Heading out to a local spot to celebrate with friends? Check out Rail Trail Flatbread Co.! This year, they will be open on Saturday, April 16th, and will be serving up some awesome Easter specials.

Local Easter Egg Hunt

We of course could not forget about this Easter tradition. Looking for an Easter egg hunt around Hudson, Massachusetts? Look no further than The Maker Farm in Pepperell, MA! They’re hosting easter egg hunts on both Friday and Saturday this Easter weekend, complete with bunnies and baby animals! This 300-year-old farm is the perfect place to bring kids to celebrate Easter and explore the grounds while hunting for candy and toy-filled eggs. You can head to their website to pre-register for this event.
